..and give detailed instructions on how to do it, complete with an explanation of the measurements? in other words, i want it to be able to explain it all to an idiot, like me, in a way that makes even me, able to understand it. lol.

..i am hoping it's a free downloadable program. lol

Try http://www.picnik.com/ , it's free and it's online so you don't have to install anything :)

You can resize and do all sorts of other stuff, one of my favorite programs for editing images

Just click "Get started" then "Upload a photo" on the left hand side, and your good to go.

really..I pay 4.99 a month is USD for m daughter to have a piknik account...why am I paying?....thanks for the response..:)
 
oh I see that is because her account is premium...and they want 25.oo a year for that or..5.00 a month...blah...she is getting rid of that premium account..lol
