Does anyone have any info about the One Night In Japan DVD?

I was just wondering whether anyone seems to have any information about a BAD tour DVD entitled One Night In Japan published by BENTUM. I've noticed it been appearing in a few official Music DVD Charts this week around the world so I was just wondering whether it is a release that is approved or is it just another bootleg.
