I follow some famous people like 3t, some actors etc. Now sometimes thier tweets are funny and I have the urge to reply with something. Mostly I end up not tweeting them coz in a way I kindda feel it's thier private space.

But today I finally replied to someones tweet and now I feel so wierd about it. I don't expect a reply or anything but isn't it wierd for those famous people to get replies from thier followers?! You know what i mean?

And if you tweeted with a famous person, did you get a reply?

I don't think I make any sence here though:doh:
 
Well I know for example Tito wants people to tweet to him I've been following him for a few weeks now and it's always nice to see his tweets :)
I have tweeted the jackson brothers last week to ask them something but I didn't get a reply I guess they get a lot of tweets every day ;)
When I sent the message I felt kinda weird too so I know what you mean.
 
Not really because its doubtful they reply..
If I could get a tweet back from any celebrity it would be matthew perry.. That would make my year!!
 
I usually get confused on how to tweet lol. But I've tweeted some because I knew it would get in the mix of hundreds of replys, but to my surprise I've gotten a couple back. One was from Jared Leto (*drool*), Rob Kardashian and Benji Madden. I was DM'd by John Mayer
 
I got a few tweets back from celebs. Jermaine tweeted me once :)

I have never used Twitter but when they Tweet. Don't they put their business out there anyways? lol! So then it's not an invasion of privacy. I thought Twitter..was a give and take situation? lol! They Twitter and you tweet back? hehe:rofl: Not like you going through their mail. I say tweet away! and if their page is public then why not?:yes:

Now if Michael had gotten a chance to use twitter or at least we knew it was him?! lol! he would really think we were loo loo:wub: but in a good way.

It's really funny, because I was watching an investigative report on Twitter. Do you know that Kim Kardashian is in a contract to tweet for $10,000!!! She has to promote her stuff like Carl's Jr, Shoedazzle, Cupcakes, Quick Trim plus her show.

I need to find a way to become famous?! LOL! $10,000 just to promote? hehe!:punk: I know money is not everything(Actually I hate it)..but that's some cash just to write a few words a day to people that love you anyways? Well some..lol.:cheeky:

I use twitter for the sake of using it, plus a lot of these trending topics are funny to me. I reply to some celebrities (I'm only following 12 people now) but don't expect a response...in reality, how can you expect a person with over 500 people following them to respond to each and every person? Mine is in my sig, but you know what, I'd be interested in following Tito. :lol: I liked him a lot on the A&E show.
 
uh huh...Denzil Washinton, I follow him, although I don't keep up with the twitter or my face stuff as often as I would like but due to my work load, It's just impossible one of my folllowers... :)
 
I have replied to Kenny's, Tito's, The Jackson's, Peter Andre's and to some TII crew's tweets. That's all I can remember now. I have gotten a reply back from Kenny. He also sent me a private message once :)

eh that kinda sucks actually, less genuine tweets from her. luckily, i dont like her lol
one thing i like about tweeter is that everyone, celeb or non celeb come online to talk to each other. everyone seems equal, rather than celebs being some distant thing you can't reach, like with other social places. although there are reg. people who have their businesses of selling stuff online too. but still eh.

me too! he seems like the only celeb really going out of his way tweeting everyone. haha i never seem to be tweeting when hes on though. i need to catch him. oh and marlon and jermaine on the jackson account. i really want marlon to tweet again.

and to answer the question, i guess i'd tweet celebs too, but i usually only put their @name in if im talking about them. not really asking them anything particular.
 
Sometimes I do. Well I try to tweet to Tito regularly. He comes on every day to talk to fans. I got a reply from him a couple of times, and also Jermaine too. I also got a reply from Orianthi once. :)
 
I have only sent tweets to two celebs...Spike Lee and finance expert Suze Orman. I thanked spike for that beautiful tribute video he made for Michael and I asked Suze a financial question. They both responded. But I feel weird about tweeting anybody, not just celebs, because as far as I know your tweets are not private...anyone following you can see what you write to another and I don't like that.

I tweeted twice to Elizabeth Taylor but I assumed she was never gonna reply back, imagine more than 200,000 followers I understand.
Now I don't feel bad or weird cuz I'm not alone lol.
 
I've tweeted a few celebs but never got a reply until tonight where I got a tweet off Tito, he told me he loved me being here.
 
I tweet Elizabeth Taylor, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden (her fiance) sometimes. I got a response from Joel once, which was funny because I wasn't even looking for a reply haha. It was nice.
 
I tweet to celebs like Michaels brothers, Mika etc...
I do it on occasion and i dont send them 100 tweets per day (unlike a Mika-fan thats on my list that sends him at least 50 tweets E-VE-RY single day:LMAO).
I can imagine some of the celebs getting sooooo many messages that it is probably impossible to even read everything.
