Different of these two BAD albums?

Sorry about my english, but I can't understand the word REMASTERED.
The BAD album are white, but it is also a black special album of BAD who are "REMASTERED".

What is that? I can understand if you explain, but I can't understand the word. hehe

The black cover is just a slipcover over the 2001 reissue. I don't think it comes with it anymore; just the white background.

ok, but what means REMASTERED?
"NEW REMASTERED SONGS FROM THE ORGINAL ALBUM"

And I have seen on Youtube example: MJ Beat It Live REMASTERED.

Means the word better quality or something?

Pretty much--the sound is supposed to be improved, although I never had any original CDs to compare them to.
