Did Michael still fast on Sundays?

Hey all,

I think it was in the interview Michael ET conducted while on the set of "Beat It', Michael said he started fasting on Sundays. Does anyone know if he still did this? And could someone explain the idea on why someone would fast on Sunday?

Fasting is when you don't eat for one or several days, usually for spiritual reasons

I heard that, too. He drunk only orange juice on sunday, danced over 3 hours and ate nothing... Maybe i should dot this too to get such a perfect body like Michaels!

I think it's the greatest of Michael Jackson mysteries, in all honesty..his eating habits or lack thereof. Whatever caused his dramatic changes, i'd like to know. Nobody has been more affected by diet in a way that causes everybody to search for it like they're searching for the ark, in history. He certainly started the vegan trend, back in the eighties, and still nobody really knew what he ate.

Actually he writes about it in Moonwalk.

Sundays were a time of peace for him. (when he could get it)

He would dance for several hours and not eat all day. He said it helped him feel more spiritually connected.
