Reach Out Ill Be There - Diana Ross
I'm impressed by this cover of the Four Tops classic. Props to Miss Ross and Ashford & Simpson for this!!! This definitely reminds me of her cover of "Ain't No Mountain High Enough". It starts off very sparse and soulful, then halfway, it transcends into this almost operatic feel and then finally the gospel shouts and call and responses. And here I was dogging Miss Ross' vocals. I won't do that no more! :no: :lol:
I dedicate this version to the fallen Four Tops Lawrence Payton, Obie Benson and Levi Stubbs...
