I just read this and it's news from November 2018. The studio where MJ rehearsed his Beat It and Thriller moves have been sold and demolished to the ground. The new owner, Alan Kleinman, demolished the building and plan to build luxury apartments since effort to make it a "historical site" failed.

In 2018, Trump raised the Estate Tax Exemptioin from $5.49 million to $11.1 million so Todd Fisher could have kept the building because he didn't have to pay $2 million in estate tax to the IRS. Obama could have save Debbie Reynolds studio if he raised the exemption sooner, but only Trump help out in the end.

Estate Taxes are killing the heirs' dreams and the IRS are doing a good job at it!! Michael Jackson Estate is worthed over $1.2 Billion and the IRS want $500 Million from the Estate! Michael Jackson already paid taxes on all those money he made in his lifetime and now his heirs have to pay tax again. We need to get rid of estate tax altogether. Down with Bernie Sanders and the Socialists that want to steal people's money!
