I want peoples opinions.. I'm planning to get a custom painting done soon and I'm in the middle of deciding ideas. Here are 2 so far:




I know.. it's the same as my pic LoL :p ..I'm inclined to get the bottom one done on a black background stretched over canvas, about 150cm length x 75cm width.. Just the eyes (the grey outline is where the painting border would be). Any suggestions, comments or other ideas? I personally think this one would be pretty awesome.
 
I definitely prefer the bottom one to the top :)

Still deciding whether to have it made or not..
 
It looks very, very good. How did you make it?

Have you tried that style with the first one?
 
Yes, but don't you think the first one (full picture) would look even better in that paiting style? The eyes are cool, but they can get a bit boring hanging on the wall compared to the other one which has more art in it.
 
What about making a painting with several colors around his eys.

You could do the same thing with your picture:)

I didn't make this. Just something amazing I found on the internet.:eek::wild:
 
I like the second one. I think it would fit with any decor, whereas the first one may be more difficult with the colors. Also I've always liked taking a feature (his eyes) and blowing it up to be the whole focus of a picture. Just my thoughts :)
