Yes, that is Alex Vincent who played Andy in the first 2 movies

Yup CURSE OF CHUCKY was the first to be Direct to DVD but it had a very high production value for a Direct to DVD film and yes he was in the end credit scene for the Unrated version.

Seed was in theatres wasn't it? I'm sure I saw it there. The last one I saw at home though.

Yes SEED would be the last Chucky film to get a theatrical release back in 2004 before going Direct to DVD with 2013's CURSE and this year's CULT.

Kinda disappointed they didn't put a scene with Alex Vincent on the back of the cover unless of course they contain spoilers.
