I need to know somethings: 1. My laptop was working fine last night and this morning too.
2. Afew hours ago- my battery status says that I need to order a new battery.
3. I cannot access the internet ; I have Firefox and Internet Explorer and neither can access internet. I have broadband- BUT the internet icon is saying that its connected.
4. MSN / Windows Live Messenger: Cannot access / sign on so I'm trying to un-install is and then re-install it and cannot find it in my Add / Remove Programs. Its not MSN Messenger- It has to be under another name.
I called Geek Squad and all they said was to turn off firewall and if that doesn't work, un-install Windows / MSN Live Messenger then re-inst. it.
Can someone please help me on either one of these 4 probs please? I need some feedback here ; I dont want to do anything just yet until I have gotten some help. Internet / Firefox was working just fine this morning.
