computer question: can you take a burned dvd & 'record' it on puter?

I was curious, I do not have a dvd burner but was thinking, is it possible to take a dvd thats burned, say of Bad Tour 1988 someone burned for me- & 'record it' or put it to my computer?? That way I will have it on here to watch instead of taking my dvd iwth me?

if you do...put the dvd in computer..then click and drag files to were ever you want them to be....

IF you have a DVD drive in your pc then certainly, but is it a dvd that works in a normal dvd player (as in one plugged to the tv)? Because if so you can't just drag and drop the files...you need this program http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm
