Hi y'all i'm having a hard time making my computer work. (i'm writing this message thanks to a public computer ) It looks like i have a virus on my computer , i cannot even enter my Windows Xp account and when i try to reformat it , a blue screen with white letters which read something like " Stop ............ Windows has been shut down" appears. I mean basically there's a blue screen with white letters, a strange code or something so i cannot reformat my computer or access my windows XP account . When i try to reinstall Windows XP thanks to a cd , i'm told that its not possible as the cd version is too old or something. How could i fix it ?
