She has always been a star in her own right, making her own money and doing her own thing, however she was there for Michael bigtime in the 90's and had his back all the way (remember "pervert2"?).

When she doesnt mention MJ, fans get mad because they feel she distances herself from him. When she does mention him, fans get mad because she's just mentioning him to get attention. Whatever she does, there will always be people complaining.

Not true. When I saw her during The Velvet Rope tour (1997 ish), she sung Everytime & had pics of Michael up.
