Apparently Chicago is really "She Was Lovin' Me" which I assume was Michael's name for it. Timbaland and The Estate changed the name to Chicago. If all we've heard is true, it's simply because one of the verses contains the word "Chicago".

Lovin' You is a completely different song already on the album. That is if the speculation is it correct, and the tracklist is the confirmed.
