Can we resell tickets?

I was just thinking are we allowed to sell tickets, like touting is illegal so will they be asking for id at the doors or somthing? Its just i have a few for sale as me and my mate both tried to get tickets at the same time when they were released to ensure we were not dissapointed and did not get any tickets.
But we both eneded up purchasing 4 so now have spares(if we dont decide to go 2 or 3 times).

Can we sell them? Are we allowed to offer them on here to fans?
