Can someone please help

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my printer. I changed one of the cartridges, made sure it was in tight and in the right position. I also unplugged the printer(turned it off of course), plugged it back in and it still won't print. It will copy though, so the issue is not the cartidges. I really need this by tomorrow and I don't want to have to pay a fee to have it uninstalled then reinstalled. Does anyone know what else I can do to get it working? TIA.

I would have liked to help but I'm not a computer savvy person. Glad you solved the problem yourself though.
