Can someone identify this picture?

Just saw it on last.fm, and I couldn't recall any Bad Tour photos i've seen of him wearing this outfit. I had a quick scan through the mjjpictures.com Bad Tour section and couldn't see this or a similar one (maybe I'm blind though heh). It definately looks like a Bad tour shot. There could be a slim chance...but I'm 99.9% sure it's not from the Victory Tour.

Can anyone shed any light? Which song? Tour?
