The main thing I don't understand is who is in charge of the material that is being released. Estate or Sony? Does Estate have the veto right?
For example, when Michael was being released, it was rumored that John McClain was fiercely against the Cascio tracks, however they still got released. So it looks like the estate didn't have a say. However, with Bad 25 release John Branca explained how they decided which concert to release as if it was solely the estate's decision, and not Sony's. I'm utterly confused. Who is making the final decision as to what material would be released and when? The deal was for 7 releases - who legally is in charge of deciding what those releases should be?
