Can somebody in France help a cat?

I recieved this email today from my friends in London and i do not know how to help. If somebody here from France can help them, i will be very grateful:

"Hi Deni

I received a call from a lady whose friends are holidaying in France. They have been looking after a stray and asked if I knew anyone in France that could help the cat. Unfortunately I don't and was wondering if you did. If you do, could you ask them to email witchescats@googlemail.com."
