Buying the BAD25 documentary from official store

Hi Guys,

I bought the BAD25 Blu-Ray from the official store two weeks ago (18th June to be precise) and 2 days later I had an email to say that the order had been shipped. There is a tracking number on the email but when I try to paste this on UPS's website it says the code is invalid.

I live in the UK and have no idea where the official store items are based (I'm guessing US?), should I have received something by now or is it normal for it to take this long? Has anyone had any similar experiences with the official MJ store?

If it's coming from the USA it typically can take a little longer for it to show up on the tracking page especially if they gave you a national tracking number instead of an international one.

I hope you have received your item by now
