You aware of the huge buzz & rave reviews about 'Black Messiah' album by D'Angelo?

14 years since his last & classic album "Voodoo"..
And now he's back! With another instant classic... Twitter went crazy about it, the reviews show universal acclaim..

Makes me even more interested in his MJ-Collabo on HFITST...

Hope we'll eventually get to hear it!

 

[HIStory]

I have seen Twitter hyped this album a lot so I listened to it on Spotify. Great album - especially in today's music climate where creative and good R&B is rare. I'm not yet sure if this will be one of my fave albums on the long term, I will need more listens for that, but it's great.

This album gets better and better with each listen. It's awesome! If you're a true music lover, especially the analog era, this album is a must have!

I bought it in HD on Qobuz. It's lovely. First you'll raise an eyebrow, and then after each listen you'll appreciate it more and more!
