So I was reading this beautiful and enlightening piece on the MJ-777, website about some of Michael's lesser known art pieces by Nate Giorgio and another Czech artist, and saw this painting for the first time. It was commissioned by Michael in 1993.

I was sarcastic. Referring to the media's constant claim that "he hated his race". So is that why he wanted to be portrayed on this pic as a black baby? Because he hated to be black?
