Every song on Off the Wall stands out vocally in a different way, so it's hard for me to choose.
I choose Working Day and Night because it seems to be a strongly autobiographical song, especially in view of the latest revelations about Michael's love life, which he probably had to sacrifice for a lot of work. As he himself said to Oprah: I'm married, but to my work.

It's the Falling in Love for me. I love it's vibe and I cant listen to it once, I have to put it on repeat for at least the rest of the day. Its fire, just facts.
