Hollywood Tonight (which for me is more striking than You Rock My World). It has a certain darkness at a balanced level, simple lyrics, but very well written.

Lipstick in hand
Tahitian tanned
In her painted on jeans
(this beginning is very catchy)

Like Billie Jean, HT is the typical song that could be played on a news program to represent the artist in any kind of report (birthday celebrations, record releases...)

where is Heartbreaker? In Billie Jean and Heartbreaker there are women, who want to take control.
But who can stand when she's in demand
Her schemes and plans
She blew a kiss, I swear that it was meant
Only for me, then spoke with her body
Her only goal is just to take control

I don't count it, but it'd be definitely last. You actually wanna put that over Who Is It.

It's like comparing Billie Jean and P.Y.T. though. Idk, just kinda random, and unevenly matched.
As for the essence, the comparison may be random, but when it comes to replacing songs, it's plausible. It's like the old YAML versus Shout "confrontation", two different worlds, but one song has taken the place of the other.

I chose Price Of Fame because Billie Jean made just a big deal that Michael became super famous and he paid the price of fame. He wanted to be famous but not in this way..

I choose Who is it for feminine guile.

Well. Maybe it's plausible but I think they can coexist. YRMW never wavered. It just didn't deserve to be first single.

For what it's worth, I subjectively rank YRMW much higher than a lotta songs, even some of the most iconic OTW tunes. You can't make an objective case off subjective taste though.
