!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE: BBC BIG SCREEN WILL BE SHOWING BBC NEWS COVERAGE ON THE BIG SCREENS IN:

BRISTOL (confirmed) 6pm GMT Tues 6th July
SWINDON (confirmed) 6pm GMT Tuesday 6th July

The other screens have been offered the choice, you will have to contact all other/your local BBC to see if they have decided to broadcast the memorial on there screens. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Contact your local BBC, they are having a meeting today on whether or not to broadcast Michael Jackson Memorial service tomorrow, july 6th, on the BBC big screens around the country live.

The more enquiries made, the more like they will decide to broadcast these on the big screens. so contact your local BBC as soon as possible.

I have contacted big screens saying:
"Michael Jackson's memorial Tuesday 7th July 2009:

Please please broadcast the memorial. Michael's fans need to come together at this difficult time. The world is grieving for the loss of the most legendary man the music industry has ever seen. We will not stop til we get enough!"

I hope so much that they will do this for us. People need to see this to help them understand, to help them grieve and for some closure on the pain we have all been feeling.
 
well channel 5 is scheduled to show it live from 6:30pm and i dont see anything on bbc
 
I emailed them, I think its really important that we can be together with other fans to watch this, I really dont want to watch it at home :-(

Please, other fans, send an email- the more they have the more likely they will help usx
 
Is there one in Birmingham anyone know? Or London?
 
Packed and setting off very early morning for London. Hope there is a big screen there to watch it on. Will check this thread tomorrow to see if any devlopments
 
for those who don't know
bbc channels 1 and 2 etc are not showing it but the bbc news channel is showing it from 6pm
and sky news is showing it from 5:30pm

CORRECTION:

BBC 2 IS SHOWING IT!! 18:00 to 19:30

FIVE IS ALSO SHOWING IT 18:00 to 20:00 I believe
