I bought this recently off eBay.

I've seen it around for a while, but wanted to clarify if it's an official Michael Jackson release, or whether it's an unofficial/independent album?

In the description for the product it says it is a:

-Special US Release
-Very rare remixes compilation
-Very rare limited edition CD.

Can someone help me out/clarify this for me?
