Dr. Arnold Klein, Michael Jackson's dermatologist and close friend, is being sued for a million dollars, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Klein went on to miss other large payments, alleges the lawsuit, which was filed in Pasadena on April 29.
It states: "To date, defendant has failed and refused and continues to to fail and refuse to pay the principal sum of $456,234. 85, or any part thereof although demand therefore has been made and said sum is due and payable from Defendant, together with interest thereon at the default rate of 10.79% per annum from August 10, 2009.”
Bank of America is seeking $937,381.20 in damages, attorneys fees -- and is seeking a jury trial.
Comment is being sought from Dr. Klein.
The next court hearing is slated for September, 2010.

Everyone extended themselves when times were good -- he's another example of selling his soul. Wonder, though, if he saw MJ as the solution to his problem last year and sold his soul once again. Geez, between he and the other doctor (s) they really lost the greed battle - as we lost MJ.

..that's crazy..the media calling him a close friend of Michael, and putting out shocking sensationalist headlines designed to try to make Michael look bad, but MJ's actions always proved to be sterling..meanwhile, the media tries to paint MJ's enemies as cool people, but the actions of the enemies prove to be irresponsible, bankrupt, and evil.

I dont wanna sound insensitive but since MJ passed, Klein obviously lost his meal-ticket.

In october 2009, he sued the estate for unpaid medical treatments. This is an outtake from TMZ.

"Dr. Klein's rep is responding to the story we broke -- that he's filed a creditor's claim for services he performed on Jackson during the last 3 months of his life. Klein wants $48,522.89 for his services -- 179 procedures.

Dr. Klein's rep says the bills were all "valid medical treatment." The statement goes on ... "As anyone can see from viewing "This Is It," Michael Jackson looked great, and this was due, in part, to Dr. Klein's skill, hard work and dedication."

The statement addresses the weekend charge for medical services, claiming Klein needed to rent a helicopter to get to Jackson.

Then he sued the estate over the $10,000 Gianfranco Ferre green jacket.

Well he got what the duck got for lying on Michael! Now the chickens is coming home to roost and Arnie is seeing that first hand with this one!
 
Obviously we all knew what was happening right when the fat ^%%&&*** was on TMZ and other outlets claiming outrageous stuff and never once shutting up right after Michael's passing. Hopefully he will rot on earth and in hell. Stupid MF.
 
If Klein owes close to a $1 million to Bank of America, why did he give Steve Cooley a $2100 donation?
