Are the Jackson family to inherit Michael's estate?

Anybody know? Are Michael's children or his family to inherit his estate and assets, including the Sony/ATV catalogue? I'd rather the catalogue stay with them, than go to Sony or some outsider. :no:

As far as Neverland is concerned, I think they will make that what they did with Elvis' Graceland.....a museaum.

Not to be morbid or anything, but I wonder where they will lay Michael to rest? Neverland? At Havenhurst in Encino? Gary, Indiana?
