Anyone Know When This Be DVD? ; MJ's birthday

I don't remember what tour it was but it was Michael's birthday and they surprised him by bringing out a huge beautiful birthday cake ; anyone know when this will be out on dvd???

It was the History Tour, in Copenhagen in 1997 I believe. I know you can download one of the History Tours that took place in Copenhagen from the 2000 watts section, but I haven't seen the one where the birthday took place, at least not a pro version. There may be an amateur one, you'll have to check. There is a clip of it shown on Michael's Private Home Movies programme.
