The 11th annual Spring Fling will be held on May 1st and 2nd. This event has grown to over 2000 people who flock to Put-in-Bay the first weekend of May each year for a 2 day party featuring free frosty cold adult beverages, free food and great entertainment from some of the island top performers. Friday night we join together with 35 kegs, bonfires and live music at 7:00 pm. Later in the evening, the group heads to Mr. Ed's Bar & Grill with cover charge waived for more fun and frivolity and great entertainment.
Saturday afternoon The Beer Truck is re-tapped for the big party! Join with others and celebrate another season starting at Put-in-Bay. Make some new friends. Eat a burger or two (We mean it! PLEASE EAT!!! We buy over 1500 burgers, 500 hotdogs, condiments, cheese, chips, salads, and more. Tables and chairs abound so you can find a good spot and hang out. Porta-potties are lined up so you don't have to worry about running back to your hotel if you fill up on beer.
Make sure you have your wristbands on and bring your IDs with you, as we have security at the entrances to keep out the riff raff and make sure we are in compliance with Ohio Liquor Laws. Last year our guests enjoyed music from Pat Dailey, J.D. owen, Bob Gatewood, and Movin to Bosie. You must be a guest of the Put-in-Bay Resort, Edgewater Hotel, Bay Lodging Resort, or the Island Club to attend.
