I don't have that but I have been unable to work over the past 5 years due to chronic pain. I have been pretty lucky in that I have been attending a pain clinic regularly over the past 4 years. It helped a lot. Including the times when i felt I was cracking up due to the massive change it made in my life and the feeling that I had no control over it or the tiredness caused by the constant pain...

Hopefully you will have similar backup in your life as it really helps to understand the "pain process" as it is currently known.
