Definately one of the best rocks bands of recent times. Am so glad they reformed and can't wait for their new album. It's a shame things didn't work out with Velvet Revolver, but I think Scott's better with STP.

Are there any other fans of Stone Temple Pilots on the board?
 
I used to be well i like them still,loved especially Purple.
and yes I also like the stuff Weiland did with Velvet Revolver,he's a great showman and singer.I had no idea they were reforming!
 
I didn't know they'd reformed either! That's great news. I think they're quite unique. Produce a good variety of sounds, usually. Four songs by them I keep listening to over again at the moment, though, are Trippin on a Hole in a Paper Heart, Sour Girl, Atlanta and Song for the Sleeping.

Plush is one of my favorite Grunge songs but I never got into STP as much as I am with Nirvana/Soundgarden/AIC.
