On Wikipedia it claims that MJ wrote another song in 1984 also called "This Is It" and it's different from "I Never Heard" version entirely.

Although I don't trust Wikipedia too much it cites Craig Halstead's book which has so much about unreleased material.

Can anybody read "For The Record" or something like that to confirm if it actually mentions this?

Although Halstead does make mistakes like saying "There Must Be More To Life Than This" duet with Freddie Mercury was actually recorded when it was actually fanmade (someone on this forum clearly stated this), but the editors on Wikipedia think I'm removing information because it says in his book, LOL.

There are several different demos of This Is It - the song is actually a demo itself. I don't believe there's a different This Is It entirely.

THIS IS IT
Song written by Michael in 1980, and registered with the United States
Copyright Office in November 1984 – remains unreleased.
