I haven't drawn MJ for about 20 years so I thought I'd do a more recent portrait of the King of Pop this time! Here's what I've done so far...

Thanks guys. Tbh Raisa, I thought I'd lost it (as well as not having much time raising a family)! I've made a few attempts but nothing ever really came out right then a couple of months back I decided to try again - properly. I came across Deviant Art where poeple showcase their work and found a few tutorials which I had a go at. These gave me the confidence to take it more seriously! I had the opportunity to go to art college when I left school but turned it down... kinda wished I hadn't now! Lol!

Thanks. I'm home with a chest infection at the moment so I might do some more of it today!

You're really good, you really shouldn't doubt your talent :)
I know it's always kinda scary though when you haven't drawn in a while and want to get started again.
I had it too, I didn't draw in about 4 months and I really wanted to draw again but I was afraid it wouldn't work :lol:
 
Wow! Thanks so much everyone! It's very encouraging when you get compliments! I haven't thought about trying to make any money out of drawing before but do you think I could sell the latest one as a print?

I don't know, possibly...
I'd put it on deviantart, you can sell prints there too, I think...
I never tried that though...
