next photo photo by Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage.com - October 27, 2009 For once Paris Hilton's hair looked halfway decent, but the vintage, safety-pin-adorned Versace dress she wore to the LA premiere of "This Is It" appeared to be a fashion school project faux pas.

the people that signed into yahoo to comment, liked it, from what i saw. but the media did the usual tripe.

I want her louboutin boots, she can keep the dress.

paris hilton is one of my idols and i dont care what she wears because she makes everything look good (like mike)
shes a strong person and knows not to get all worked over media scrutiny. that makes her a strong person because she laughs it off. she doesnt care what anyone thinks

she recently said in an interview that she doesnt talk in a high voice when shes at home. thats like mike. and she said shes actually really clever and smart ; not the blonde bimbo that the media make her out to be.

her real voice is rather manley, like her sisters

don't like her!! she's one of those "I'm famous for no reason" people..it's sad to see people calling her their idol..lol joke!

Hmmm, to answer the original topic of the thread, Paris is pretty, but I'm not a fan of that outfit. The safety-pins ruin it for me.

lol..it's amazing how a thread, of which someone would ask 'is this thread posted for a reason?' would still gain a good number of posts, by the people asking the question. as well as others..but..the topic is a long line of stuff i posted on how i paid attention to the media, in particular, on how, as soon as someone enters a MJ event, or associates themselves with MJ, in any way..the mainstream media, here, finds a way to diss them, even if what they are dissing doesn't seem nearly as dissable as they would like us to believe..even if opinions vary.
