I'm not sure how much I will be able to get on this weekend 
But it was really important for me to post this here for all of you. It is rather short, but I think it gets right to the point.
Just a little something I wrote for all of you, and Michael, on his 51st birthday this Saturday...
My First Birthday In Heaven
Today is a day to gather and smile,
To celebrate the time I was here.
Though you may feel empty, and tears may fall,
I'd rather see your face full of cheer.
A birthday is a time for love and remembrance.
To look back on the full life I had.
From the time I was a boy in the Jackson5,
To a man that three children call, "Dad."
My wish for you all, that I would have made,
Is so simple, yet so hard to make real.
I wish for you all to give love a chance,
It's the Earth, and each other, we must heal.
I am trying my hardest to send down my love,
and on this day it's more intense than the rest.
Though I wish I were with you, my family and friends,
I'm going to make my first Birthday here in Heaven one of the best.
