advice needed on audio/video

I got a "serious" question here...
Due to my 'increasing' disability :no: I need to find other ways to 'share' my writings with you guys 'online'

I recently switched over to 'audio books' instead of 'writing' books and I feel 'alive' again With minimum on fysical handling... I'm :wild: again.

So apart from FB and YT... Are there any other 'channels' I can 'upload' my stuff or just 'promote' it... I do have an 'Mysites' site but its only 'typing' stuff you can put in :no:
The audio book is in MP3 format or the videos are in WMA format ?

thanks Sassie for the link but NOPE... its to upload 'word' docs
you know... I should just ask the 'publishing' company I'm with... WHY didn't I think of that? DOH...
