Acetate copy of Thriller on ebay

This could be the 1st test pressing that MJ wasnt happy with before they went back and remixed one track a day. Everyone thought that there was too much material on the LP and it was loosing quality so they had to edit some tracks.

I think I heard of something like this before, but I'm not sure. Anyways, were the tracks simply shortened, or 'stripped down' or both? Is there any info on that?
 
I don't think this is anything special. I cross referenced the track times with the time on my iPod and they are the same.
