That's not a Christmas message.
That's a message Michael taped for his fans during the trial.
 
Uh no. Neverland was decorated like that the whole year.
It was during the trial, I remember well. And you can see by his clothes too.
 
then again u did say it was a 2004/05 xmas message didnt u sophia? * with a confused look on my face*
 
It was taped in March 2005, after he came back from court day.
