I came across this on ebay, and thought.. wow, are these really THIS rare??? and does anyone here own this 2 trk CD??

This is the most Rarest CD from my personal collection in finally i have decided to let go some of my interest. Please kindly email me if you have any questions regarding this special cd.It has 2 track PROMO NO 665130 1

CD IS BRAND NEW AND I'VE BEEN KEEPING THIS VERY SAFELY SINCE I BOUGHT IT FEW YEARS BACK. UNPLAYED, COVER LOOK NEW.

i have never come acrooss this , im soon to have both versions though ( short and normal) :)
 
It's insane. I saw the same CD go for just over a $1,000 AUD but this one has sky-rocketed to more than double that, with 6 days to go...
 
I'd never pay that much for a CD with no new songs on it, no matter how rare it is.
 
its very rare...once i saw it in a shop here, but the seller did not let us even to "touch" it :lol: (coz he knew we would not buy it anyway...)
 
"SMILE" CDs are owned by many collectors. even this one.

considering that it contains nothing special (besides the cover with MJ posing as Charlie Chaplin) i wouldn't count it that valuable
 
believe me people, as soon as the bids were taken back as soon the bids will explode the last day!!!

i have the promo cd of smile and even that was too expensive. in the beginning I also thought "Hoooo, what cheap" but then.....:doh:......

And U know what...I think it´s not in michael´s sense when people sell those items for such high sums.

I remember bout a report, when Laurent Hopman and Christophe Boulme met mike in a hotel and he asked if Smile was released in Europe. When they told him that it wasn´t Michael was so sad about it.

he even gave autographes on Reprints of this LP. Some of them were also sold on e bay before some months.
 
I own this cd and the White Cover PROMO i think the rarest one is the Blue Cover carboard sleeve cover that is a UK PROMO.
 
hmmmmm....that a whole lotta money!!!
Maybe if i was rich........
I'll stick with my ipod w/the song on it :yes:
