Hi,
can someone nativ english speaking please tell me if this sentence is correctly build:

"This is one of only five worldwide existing copies."

or would it rather be:
"This is one of only five existing copies worldwide."

Or is it both correct? Whats sounding better then?
Thanks in advance for checking. :)

It would be the 2nd one IMHO, while the first one isn't TECHNICALLY wrong, it's a bit awkward

the English language is difficult! i'm a native speaker and i still have difficulties w/grammar and sentence structure at times :)

Neither. The "worldwide" isn't necessary in either; it's just an extra word where each sentence conveys the same meaning w/out it.
