What was the relationship like between Donald Trump and Michael Jackson? Donald states that Michael lived in many of his buildings especially during the 80s and 90s. He also claims in one interview that Michael used to follow him around because he liked what Donald has. He also defended Michael during the accusations and was one of the few he defended him. Has anyone more information on this relationship?

^True. I don't know about 'following him around', but he stayed in several of his hotels thru the years. And he was Trump's big VIP guest when he opened his Taj Mahal resort in Atlantic City.

He was also with Trump when Ryan White died. Trump flew him there on his plane. There's YouTube video of them arriving at Jeannie White's house.

Edit to add video This is the same event that Elle McPherson talked about recently where she was seated next to Michael at the dinner, but the fans broke down the barricade and he had to escape out the back.

He said some effed up things about him in that Dateline episode that aired around 2003/4.. He wasn't very positive about him.. The only specific thing I remembered him saying about Mike is that his plastic surgeries has "effected his talent"..

^I'm surprised Michael wanted to associate himself with such a racist prick (I thought he just directed his racism to Hispanic people.) I don't know if Michael really considered him a friend but Trump is known for being a fame whore, it wouldn't surprise if he just let himself to be seen with MJ to get attention.

Well, that's a fair thing - to criticize him based on what we actually know he really said. All I say is that this video to me proves nothing about supposed racism towards black people. I don't trust these newspapers and their sources much. Based on how they treated MJ we know it is simply not true that they "never lie" (as it is claimed in the video) so I don't think we should take something at face value just because they had written it.
