You can also get a doll called Obitsu ..If you want to make one without the price tag
NOTE - Obitsu dolls although are jointed and poseable, [some may argue that Obitsu pose BETTER than the BJD ] These dolls are NOT ball jointed dolls but to me, Obitsu have complete expression, are customisable and you gotta love em just as much so they will be included with in this thread .

Since writing this , I have learnt that , 21-27cm Volks Dollfies, Blythe, Pullip, Momoko are again very poseable but also are not BJDs.
