I think Dangerous outfit is the best. I also love Bad tour, but Dangerous is the most classical and simply THE BEST! :D

Dangerous outfit has white stripes on pants and HIStory outfit has yellow stripes. 30th Anniversary outfit has that white thing around the arm. These are the main differences.
 
It's hard to decide, as after the Victory tour, differences are minimal. I'm inclined to choose the 'Bad' tour.
