The below is from the Jury Questionnaire. These names are defined with “Listed below are individuals who are potential witnesses or people who might be mentioned during the case.”. I tried to identify as many as I could (the explanations after - is my addition. Google means I searched the names at google and posted an explanation that I thought to be relevant to their identity). If you can identify any other people and their relation to the case please post so that I can update the list. (there could be Murray’s patients that we don’t know so we won't be able to determine everyone's relation). Use this thread to discuss the possible witnesses and possible testimony as well.

Google search finds a Joshua Prager who is a pain medicine specialist

A google search found an Emergency Deparment Charge Nurse named Erwin Azurida

A google search found a Christopher Clonen who is a certified computer examiner under the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners

Carol Greuel is an employee of Global Cardiovascular Associates (Murray's office in Nevada). I found the name on search warrant.

Dr. Ashraf Elsayegh practices Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease near Los Angeles, CA

Thank you Ivy and Annie 123. This is probably my limited English, but 'Susan Etok – UK Doctor' sounds to me like a medical doctor. As far as I know, Susan Etok has a Ph.D. which is why she used the title Dr., but her degree has nothing to do with medicine. Am I right? According to her blog: Dr Susan Essien Etok is a London-based Biomaterials Engineer and Trainee Patent Attorney.

Thank you. Corrected it. She confuses me in regards to her "Dr." reference so that's my bad. :)

I also added a few more thanks to Google. For the rest the Google results are too broad. I guess the only way to determine if we can find their names on any court document. Regardless I think we got the most of them.
 
A few more: Leah Turner, Sarah O’Leary and Connie Ng all worked at Murray’s Nevada Clinic, Global Cardiovascular Associates (from search warrant). I think Leah Tanner on the list could be Leah Turner (maybe just hard to read handwriting).

And one more from Google searching: Jacqueline A. Benjamin, MD is a Forensic Pathology specialist in Los Angeles, CA

they name anyone and everyone like 03-05. just cause htey are named doesnt mean they will be called. called to talk about his health issues. what they saw on june 25th. i doubtblanketwould go anywhere near this case. as hes way to young.

so is that pretty much the full list of potential witnesses for both the pros and defence then?? around 135 approx

etok is that loony who claimed mj asked her to his his baby. claims she was asked or was gonna get diprivan when in the uk. as dodgy as hell

the judge in 2005 did not allow them to talk about it because they did not produce any evidence to establish they were used by MJ , I don't believe they will be entered as evidence now.

so the Jacksons are potential witnesses *sigh*

The information about what medicine found was not admitted to court in 2005 because it was irrelevant in that case.

There was an empty bottle of Demerol found from what I remember and also an underwear with a blood stain from Michael which contained Demerol. Also a letter from Dr. Farschian to Michael in which he promises him to help to cure him from his "D" addiction.

Also some prescriptions by Dr. Klein. The prosecution even intended to use Michael lyrics to "Morphine", but like I said the judge ruled all these irrelevant in that case.

I expected this would be brought up in the Murray case.

ONE half empty demerol bottle in the theatre , that what an addict needs ?

there was a blood stain and traces of cocaine but when examined the blood stain itself did not have any traces of cocaine , call me crazy but that was done by sneddon's men .

in total there were two or three bottles and one or two presciptions ( 4 in total) they considered 'damaging', two of them in the library , none of them was in MJ's name.

In other word there was no evidence any of the drugs or presciptions were for MJ .

The defence asked for Kliens records and the judge said the last nine months , so how come now he will say you can use things obtained in 2005 which the zealous prosecutors could not even prove they belonged to MJ in the first place.

did it say that? thought it was a letter advising mj of what he could take instead becasue said drug had lesser chances of addiction. but yeah the defence are probably trying to bring that in. hardly see its relevence seeing as mj openly admitted his issue back then and delt with it.nothing surprises us i guess

true. is there a way of seeing or will we see b4 hand what has been entered in as evidence. cause at this stage theres been no pros motions to stop things from being used.

I don't know what exactly that letter said. This is from the prosecution's motion in which they ask the judge to allow in this evidence:

"That evidence includes a near-empty vial found on this property with the label torn off containing Demerol; a letter from a Fr. Farschian in Miami promising defendant help in curing him of his “D” addiction; a doctor who acknowledged having delivered him Demerol to this house and numerous witnesses who speak of his addiction. In addition defendant has publicly acknowledged in the past that he had become addicted to prescription medications, and that he required medical intervention for that addiction."
 
Mike is not dead because of the Demerol or others drugs.

He died because 1 fake doctor injected him Propofol and let him die like this.

You can bring cocaine, heroine, Valium in this trial, at the end, check the autopsy : Mike was in good health, not a drug addict.

So Murray in jail and no more the right to play to the fake doctor. That's it.

Yes, I agree. But the defense of Murray won't go down without a fight and unfortunately they will throw everything but the kitchen sink at him.

Yes I think the pathetic defence will do that.

But normaly, a " professionnal " good judge will just check the evidence. So the autopsy, who is real...

If Murray doesn't go in jail and he can still works after the trial, I'll be done with USA.

I know this country hates Mike ( except the fans ), so it will be another insult to Mike, another trash.

But if, IF, the judge is a good professionnal judge, we already know what he will say normaly at the end of the trial :

Murray guilty, no more licence to practice!

exactly one bottle as I said above which was found in theatre not even at the main house , had no name on it , add to that MJ was away for three weeks living in Vegas at that point.


the witness was the infamous Carter who told investigators Farchian told him MJ was an addict .

what happened in 2002, 2005 is as relevent as what happened in 1993. How could they be confident he did not have a medical excuse for using demerol during those periods?

The judge limiting the defence request to only the last 9 months is an indication nothing will be admissible before that period especially drugs that were not even found in his body and did not cause his death like demerol.

they want to make the arguement that mj could not sleep on 25 because he was addicted to demerol and received it last on 23, if the judge allows them to use demerol it will be only to try and establish this theory , demerol has nothing to do with his death they won't be allowed to use anything from 2005 believe me .

The defence must be pissed with this 9 months lol! Because in January and February 2009, Mike did some blood tests and everything was good. It's his nurse who did these blood test, don't remember her name sorry, but she's black and american. She said that Mike was in good health, if only wanted to be able to sleep.

So already 4 and 5 months before his death, he was ok.

you are talking about Nurse Cheriyln Lee...she is the one that did that blood work on Michael back then...or so she says so....asfar as I am concerned she came out of nowhere and offered her opinion on how Michael asked for propofol...got me as to why she felt the need to do this.

Yes, Cheryl Leen, something like that.

She said that Mike was not a drug addict, he was in good health, but he wanted to sleep, he was insomniac. He just wanted to sleep.

At least, she can confirm that Mike was NOT A DRUG ADDICT.

 
Shouldn't John Branca be on the list? What about Travis Payne and others that were working with him in the last few months?
