These are the photos taken by my friend in Moscow on June 25.

There were a lot of people at the US embassy, who broughts flowers, Michael's photos, toys. The amount of love for Michael was amazing. We released white balloons in the sky and the sight brought me to tears...

I love you Michael and you will always be alive in my heart.

Russian fans paid for a video tribute to be broadcast on the street screens in different cities, including Moscow.

Amazing. I remember pictures from lat year when US Embassy in Moscow was covered with flowers and pictures. It was beautiful.


(and it's nice that the embassy workers didn't protest when fans brought flowers etc. Or did they?)

You mean the video tribute that was on the city screens? Here it is. It's a 15 second video, that was shown every 5 minutes for 2 days (June 25 and 26).
