I watched the Grammy last night. The performance I enjoyed the most is Bruno Mars, Janelle Monae and B.o.B's performance.

None of them rely on crazy costume. Just great singing. Very electrifying and refreshing.

Bruno Mars is a great talent. I wish him the best.

Speaking of Grammy performance, I found Usher pretty boring to watch last night. Can Usher for once stop trying so hard to fill Michael's shoes?
 
Love "Nothin' On You." Have you heard Mike's new unreleased song "Stay"? It's a beautiful song. But with the controversy about impersonators in the new album I can't vouch that it is indeed Mike but to my ears it is him.
 
i found usher boring as well...and im so over lady gaga..shes cool and all but to me she is a madonna wannabe just like usher is a michael wannabe


bruno mars and cee-lo/gweneth paltrow had the best performances hands down!

I think it was recorded in the 80's. The vocals don't sound great because the vocal track was a demo.

I don't know. Maybe Frank Dileo would have accepted the award again? Maybe members of the Jackson family?

And how does the grammys work? who will decise who wins, and why is not al on tv? *how many cat are there?

Members of the Recording Academy vote to determine the winners. There are many categories - over 100. I don't know how they decide which categories are shown on tv and which aren't. I assume that they just try to pick the categories that they think are the most popular for the tv broadcast.

You might wanna check this out. This is Bruno at about 15 years old at some sort of talent show I'm guessing... He dances and sings live to J5 songs and in the end he dances and sings to Billie Jean. I personally think he did a GREAT JOB! With the look, with the voice, with the dancing... Apparently Bruno's been a long time Michael fan...

I know a lot of people say he can't dance and stuff but really... Just look at the splits he does at 5:32
His voice is so different here and he sounds very close to what Michael sounded as a kid.

Love the way he dances to Billie Jean, didn't know he could even dance like that.

I love Bruno Mars. Glad he won! He's talented, not just with singing & songwriting but also with playing various instruments.. guitar, drums, piano, bass..

MJ has plenty Grammys.. & this nomination was for This Is It - an 80s demo that was never meant to be released.. it was only chosen by 'suits' to promote the movie 'This Is It'.
